cancellation policy
we totally understand that life happens and things change. however, because our artists here at heather® are independent contractors, they are unable to be compensated for services they don't perform.
to protect our artists' time, a one time $50 fee is charged for late cancellations and rescheduling (within 24 hours) and no-shows (this includes being late to an appointment without notice) to the credit card on file.
late cancellation
late cancellations are cancellations made within 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment whether that appointment is confirmed or unconfirmed. heather® reserves the right to charge cards on file on behalf of all artists employed through the heather® brand, this includes all independent contractors and employees.
no-shows
no-shows are classified as appointments where the client does not show up at all or is more than 15 minutes late without communication with the artist or heather@heathertans.com within a reasonable time prior. heather® reserves the right to charge cards on file on behalf of all artists employed through the heather® brand, this includes all independent contractors and employees.
rescheduling
last minute rescheduling is when the client attempts to change their scheduled appointment time without 24 hour notice communication to heather@heathertans.com. heather® reserves the right to charge cards on file on behalf of all artists employed through the heather® brand, this includes all independent contractors and employees.
